From a spare room to a full-scale farm.
GRP 3D Printing started at the beginning of 2025 with just two machines running out of a small workspace in Aberbeeg, South Wales. The goal was simple: print parts with precision, treat customers like people, and deliver faster than anyone else.
Word spread fast. Within a year, that pair of printers became a fleet — and by 2026 we scaled to over 30 FDM printers running around the clock. What began as a one-person side project is now a full-scale production farm handling hundreds of prints every month.
We do not just print — we obsess over tolerances, surface finishes, and making sure every part ships with zero compromise. Whether you need one prototype or a hundred production parts, our farm is set up to deliver. We now also offer UV printing, letting us print full-colour graphics directly onto a huge range of materials and finished products.
In the late spring of 2026 we opened our shop in Aberbeeg, where you can pop in and browse our products in person, or order online and click & collect within 2 hours. The full range is available in store, and we will also be offering a repair service in the near future.
