From a spare room to a full-scale farm.
GRP 3D Printing started at the beginning of 2025 with just two machines running out of a small workspace in Aberbeeg, South Wales. The goal was simple: print parts with precision, treat customers like people, and deliver faster than anyone else.
Word spread fast. Within a year, that pair of printers became a fleet — and by 2026 we scaled to over 30 FDM printers running around the clock. What began as a one-person side project is now a full-scale production farm handling hundreds of prints every month.
We do not just print — we obsess over tolerances, surface finishes, and making sure every part ships with zero compromise. Whether you need one prototype or a hundred production parts, our farm is set up to deliver.
