3D Printing for Small Businesses in South Wales

How local shops, tradespeople and makers use our Aberbeeg print farm for jigs, signage, branded items and short production runs — with pricing guidance.

A surprising share of our work isn't hobbyists — it's local businesses solving small, annoying problems that nobody sells a product for.

What businesses actually order

  • Jigs and fixtures — drilling templates, assembly guides, alignment blocks
  • Point-of-sale display stands for shops, cafés and market stalls
  • Branded keyrings, badges and giveaways with your logo
  • Replacement machine parts where the OEM part is discontinued or absurdly priced
  • Short production runs — 50 to 500 identical parts, no tooling cost

Why it beats injection moulding at low volume

Moulding only makes sense in the thousands, because the tool costs more than the parts. With 30+ printers running we can turn a batch of a few hundred without any setup cost at all — and if you change the design next month, there's no scrapped tool.

Lead times and pricing

Most business jobs are quoted the same day. Small batches typically ship within 3–5 working days; larger runs we'll give you a firm date up front. Repeat customers can be set up on our trade portal with their own pricing and quantity breaks, so reordering is two clicks.

Get started

Send a drawing, a photo, an STL, or just a description of the problem through the contact page — or upload a file for an instant price on the quote page.
